"Great team!" I visited the sister location in JC and the salesman who I had initial contact with failed to call me with information regarding some questions I had on a used car. "Sonata buying experience" The staff at Friendship was very easy to work with. They went out of their way to be available and answer my questions. I would recommend them to family/friends.

"Great Salesmanship/Poor Hyundai Finance Practices" If they asked for the right confirmation of ability to pay we wouldn't have been turned down by Hyundai Financing. Check stubs are the smallest part of the picture for us. How about asking customers for bank reference letters or investment statements. Really tired of all the messages saying send another stub, another this or that. That being said, very impressed with the Sales staff at Bristol Hyundai We'll just deal with our own bank next time.

"Got the car I wanted!" They worked with what I was looking for and my price range to get exactly what I wanted. Can't get any better than that. I showed up and it was all prepared and ready for me after discussing on the phone what I was looking for.

"Review" Sean went out of his way to find me a car that I wanted. the options that I required in South Carolina then he sends someone down to South Carolina to pick up the car and bring it back to the dealership so I can test drive it so I'm very pleased with the car and Sean was real helpful in allowing me to get the car that I Wanted.

"Happy Customer" Matthew Ratcliffe was my salesman at Friendship in Bristol. He made the whole experience very pleasant and "pain-free". I was getting frustrated in my car search by the time I talked to him. He actually helped to relieve my stress, and offered me options I had not previously considered. "A second time Hyundai satisfied customer" The Sonata Sport is clearly the best value for the money against all other manufacturers in its class. My wife and I both love the styling, performance and spacious cabin space.

"Expierence at Friendship Hyundai of Bristol" Chase and Waylon went above and beyond to meet my needs specifically when it came to making a deal. Chase went out of his way to bring a Santa Fe from another location to Bristol so that we could have the vehicle we wanted. I'll definitely recommend Friendship Hyundai in Bristol to all my friends and family. Wonderful expierence.

"Pleasant experience " Buying a car can be an unpleasant experience especially with condescending salesmen. Matthew and the entire team made the entire journey enjoyable. They were engaged & involved from beginning to end. They answered all my questions and folliwed-up after the sale to ensure satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership as customer satisfaction is what drives each salesman.
