RecommendedI can’t say enough good about the service department!!! We were driving on highway 81 and hit a piece of metal that flattened our rear right tire. The service department closed at 5:30, but they stayed open later for us. The whole process took less than an hour and we were back on the road again. Big thanks to Greg and Nick!!! The customer service here is TOP notch!!!!

Recommendedwhen I was in the slums because another dealership was making buying my first new car such a hassle, I came to browse the vehicles at Hyundai in Bristol. I was blown away at the friendliness and pace of the staff. They had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go for a test drive (contacted them a day prior) and my loan went through with such ease.
