I cancelled a car warranty and the company cancelled it right away and told me it was returned to dealer. I have been calling the dealer to find out status of refund for lien holder and no one gets back to you...3,240.00 ALOT OF $$$$ TO JUST FORGET ABOUT.

We’ve had the car less than 3 years and have had nothing but issues. Transmission replacement, oil compsumtion, oil leaks, and horrible customer service. They kept the car over 6 months and the day we got it the vehicle sounded worse than when we brought it in!!! They can’t keep employees they never have a service advisor and when they do get one for a week no one has any idea what’s going on with your car. I was promised by Keenan Rainer 3 free oil changes if I completed their survey after our purchase of a 2026 KIA. I completed the survey but when I contacted him to ask how to claim the oil changes he said because my survey wasn't 100% in his favor I don't get the oil changes. 2 questions on their survey weren't discused with me or my wife during the sale so I answered them TRUTHFULY because I don't make a habit of lying as I'm a Christian as is my wife. I won’t be buying here again. I’ve been trying to find out about a vehicle registration for almost two weeks. When I call I get bounced around and the salesman won’t return my messages and I can’t get an answer to my question.
Recently purchased a 2025 Kia sorento and noticed when we got home the bumpers was alligned poorly after 2 appt at the dealership they told us there was nothing they can do don’t recommend them to anyone
As a loyal Kia customer on my third vehicle and second Telluride, I’m deeply disappointed with the service at Friendship Kia of Beckley. Over two months ago, I reported an issue with the door trim falling off. Since then, the problem has worsened, affecting all four doors, yet there’s been no resolution. I went in for an alignment, which they did, but came out with a dent above the passenger side window which WAS NOT there prior yet they refuse to take any accountability. I WOULD NOT buy a hot wheel car here if they sold them.
Went there a few weeks ago for grinding noise. Figured it was something with the brakes, they told me I needed all 4 brake pads and rotors changed and wanted to charge me $600 some dollars!! I told them I could get aftermarket parts cheaper, he gets on the phone and comes back with price of $300 some dollars lol I went to 2 different mechanics for quotes and they both said rotors were fine and it was only the front brake pads that needed changed.
