Took car in for a recall. Something to do with seat sensor for airbag. They broke key off in our ignition. Said they would fix it as it was their fault. Put us off for three months. Finally agreed to fix it. Acting as if we we're just looking for free work. After fixing, on the way home noticed the light and clock no longer works. They basically said, oh well. Bring it in we will charge you $45 to take a look. This is awful Costumer service!!!
Your commercials are a disgrace to West Virginia. Travelers see your ads also and will further vilify the assumption that we are inbred, retarded people who allow our men to run around in diapers. Sickening. I know you will delete. That is the only way you have such positive feedback. I will never buy a car from you.
