After waisting 3 hours of my time and not being able to do a deal, Drew calls me the next day and tells me he worked with the numbers and was able to get my payments down where they needed to be. So I go there and I walk in and he tells me, "I was able to get your payments where they need to be BUT I had to change the car". Shout out to Nick Evans, thanks for helping me out with the new ride. These guys know what's going on. I'm pleased with my Kia Soul, it's not the Tacoma I wanted but it's manual and payments are low so hit two outta three marks so thanks again guys.
Took car in for a recall. Something to do with seat sensor for airbag. They broke key off in our ignition. Said they would fix it as it was their fault. Put us off for three months. Finally agreed to fix it. Acting as if we we're just looking for free work. After fixing, on the way home noticed the light and clock no longer works. They basically said, oh well. Bring it in we will charge you $45 to take a look. This is awful Costumer service!!!
Your commercials are a disgrace to West Virginia. Travelers see your ads also and will further vilify the assumption that we are inbred, retarded people who allow our men to run around in diapers.
