Ford services Considering my vehicle is now over 5 years old, the extended warranty is worth the few issues I've had so far. I have a tendency to do my own research as well. I make my appointment with Ford and the technician hears my concerns and takes care of the issues.

Review of recent service I have not been happy about all the recalls on my car but I had very good service the last time I was at the dealership.

2015 ford edge Thanks to Victor S. i got my brand new edge sport, He made me feel like i was buying a car from a friend instead of a random salesman, He first listen to my situation and then kindly asked if he can earn my business and if he can have a chance to help me out. i knew nothing could be done because i had being to different dealers and they all said there was no way i can buy a sport edge. oil change, tire rotation, check transmission my service advisor was excellent. Had oil change apt but was able to get car diagnosed again and get parts on order to replace faulty parts. (doesn't know when to change gears)
