service I showed up without appointment and service advisor John Macedo was able to get my vehicle in for a quick oil change. I was overdue for service and traveling out of town next day so very happy to get in for service on very short notice. My vehicle was clean and instrument cluster oil monitor was properly reset when done. Thank you Frontier Ford

Good Service Adviser I don't know who used to run the dealership but this was the worst Ford dealership in California. The customer service was the absolute worst I have ever experienced from an auto dealer and that says a lot. I vowed never to ever go back or buy a car here. That said we have 14 service vehicles and one broke down near the dealership. I was dreading having to deal with Frontier Ford again. Great experience I shopped around three Ford dealerships in the area and ended up purchasing at Frontier mostly because of my interaction with Isaiah on the day of purchase. He was professional, personable, and fun to work with.
