Great Service Advisor Eldin did a great job as my service advisor. My only concern at Frontier Ford is the amount of time it takes to see a service advisor once you arrive at the dealership, even with an appointment. Someone greeted me promptly, however, due to a low number of advisors on the schedule, it took 20 minutes for my advisor to be available.

Retired In 1985 I purchased my first ford from your Dealership. The subsequent service received has been excellent. Consequently, I have returned over the years in order to purchase replacement vehicles & for the maintenance.

Very good service Very good service and issues explained clearly. My only complaint is that I had a 8:45 AM appointment and was on time - but a service advisor was not available to talk until 9:15 AM - so looked like you were understaffed for the appointments set up. Francisco did a very good job.
