Great Service I have had such a great experience from the purchase of my truck to getting it serviced that you have earned a customer for life. I was glad to be able to drop off my truck the night before and was called the next day when it was ready, everyone was very polite and professional.
Service for my 2014 Ford Edge My only issue was upon looking at my bill for the service. I indicated that I thought there was an error on my bill, so she checked again and agreed after looking at the paperwork again. This involved printing out new copies of the invoice. My looking at the bill saved around $15. Not much, but some people would have signed off without inspecting the bill. I am not one of those people.

40k mile check up Very slow turn around, but had a free rental so not too much of an issue. However I informed the service advisor that a tire was leaking. I asked him to have technicians inspect the tires for a nail/leak. Got the car back and no issue found. Tire continued to leak and a week later I brought it to another shop and they found the nail in minutes. Clearly the techs put zero effort or the advisor did not make them aware. Either way, very disappointing.
