They Made It Happen! When we could not find the exact car we wanted...not in stock and not at another dealership in the state...Justin and the sales team did not try to talk us into something we did not want. Instead, they ordered the car we wanted special from Ford...and got us a great deal.

The GM of this dealership is the best! The ONLY reason we purchased our new truck at Frontier Ford is because of the General Manager, Mark.. He is honest and professional -- such a rarity in this industry! He was extremely patient and never pushy, and we ended up getting by far the best price (I shopped many dealerships prior to our purchase).

2019 Ford Ranger Great service and sales staff. Finance manager tried relentlessly to up sell until I finally had to put a stop to it making the room very uncomfortable all while being recorded. If a customer says no to up sell items it means no. Not no eight times until you piss off the customer. Seriously thought about walking out at that point. I would not have customers if I tried these tactics.
