I always take my Fords to dealership for service, for I always take my Fords to dealership for service, for over 20 years. This was the last time. It is too overpriced for an average service. Communication was delayed, I had to call several times about the status as the parts were delayed and it took 3 days. I never received the link for the Lyft ride, so I booked it myself. Long story short - I don't think I have much trust left so for an average service I'd rather go to a regular shop. Sorry it came to it.
