2020 Ford Lariat 3.5L Ecoboost Very pleasant buying experience. Paid a bit more than we wanted to but it isn't exactly a buyers market right now. Salespeople were very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

????? First, I would give Nabell Awadalla, Frontier Ford,10 stars, if I could! He is the best sales person I have come across in all the years I've been driving. Also, this is the first time I have bought a car by myself. My lease was almost up and Nabell made an appointment for me to test drive a 2020 Escape. Friendly! I had a couple bad deals in the past and trusting in dealerships was hard until now. They absolutely took care of me and explained me in detail everything I was getting not to mention I got a great deal!!!

Stevens Creek Ford (Frontier Ford) Jack got my car detailed before I picked up my brand new 2020 Ford Explorer and the people who did the detail job must have been in a hurry to get off work because my it still looked terrible. I was sad to be driving off in a brand new car knowing it was flawed. The best part of buying a new car, is driving off in a sparkling clean, beautiful, shiny, totally unflawed car! This was not the case. I felt like I just bought a used car.
