Frontier Ford Great experience working with Leo and Ivan to buy my brand new Bronco Sport Badlands edition at Frontier Ford. Disappointing that I had to wait over an hour before I could finish the paperwork with the finance manager. I didn't even get an apology for having to wait so long! But Ivan did everything he could to expedite the process.

my reviews of the purchase of my Explorer overall it was a good experience, staff was friendly and helpful paperwork was quick. I was only unhappy about one experience. I wanted a little more truck and wanted the upgraded version and a different color. they said they couldn't do it through financing. I offered to pay the difference down for the newer more loaded version but they said they couldn't do it. just could not figure out why if the balance was still going to be the same.
