Had my car serviced. Nicole did not explain at time of service exactly what was going to be performed. When I picked up my car I did not receive a condition report. Nicole told me my tires had some cracking. The next day my tire light went on. I checked the tire pressures and all were not set correctly. I called and spoke to Nicole about the problem. The dealership failed to contact me regarding the status of the car and issues that were located. The person that checked me in was not working the following day and no one contacted me. When I showed up to pick up the car I was told about issues that were located, but none of the issues were documented on my receipts. I believe the issues were due to staffing around Christmas. The lack of communication was very frustrating.
