"The worst experience at a car dealership ever" I just had the worst experience ever at this dealership and have never been treated so poorly. I was just berated and demeaned by the General Manager because of a deal that his sales team made with me. I came in ready to sign the paperwork and the GM changed the deal and called me into his office and said that "this is a mess" and " that there is no way that he would make a deal with me". It has taken me some time write this review because so much has gone wrong with this whole process. I bought a brand new 2015 Black Nissan Altima with only 9 miles on it. By the time I finished all the paperwork it was late and dark so they never walked the vehicle with me to make sure it had no problems. That night though before I left I noticed a scratch on the trunk so I was told to bring it back the next day and they would take a look at it. Horrible experience. 7.5 HOURS to buy a car. The salesman, Chris was good. He went out of his way to help us find the correct car. The finance department was horrible. Wrong paperwork. Rude employees. Use intimidation and harassment. Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to threaten to call the Folsom Police before I was allowed to leave with my vechicle after a service visit. Didn't have parts or keys for my vechicle. It was the worst experience I have EVER had in my life and I have bought 14 new cars in my lifetime.
The initial salesperson, Sang was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was asking about $2000 more than the Blue book price for this car in excellent condition. I wanted to pay less than their price. Michael, the manager was sent for to negotiate the price. This took over two hours He lied to me and said that they performed $3000 worth of work on the car. They sold me a car that didn't exist. I came in to purchase a new 2011 car, that I was promised was available to me. Put my deposit down, completed the financing, and shook hands. The next day I received a call from the sales manager (Mike L.), saying that the car I purchased was in fact spoken for. I could, however, take a model with the same specs that's available for purchase in southern California - "but it would arrive to you WITH 400 MILES ON IT because we would have to DRIVE IT TO OUR DEALERSHIP." If they could have gotten something wrong, they did. 1) They lost several of the documents I signed, so I had to go back TWICE to re-sign paperwork. 2) Part of our sales agreement was for them to repair three small items. When I brought the car in the first time, I waited for over an hour to be told by the service manager that they couldn't repair one of the items because it would be too expensive. Nissan dealer service center is rip-off. They billed me $3000 for simple spark plug replacement. My common sense prevailed and i took my car to different auto service center. I seriously recommend everyone to think before taking their cars to this dealer. They are cheats and frauds.
