I called Michael twice & he said he talked to the Office in Roseville and they had NO explanation as to why ? He did say they would send it out today 25 August. I bought the car on the 14th of August, but have not received any of the paperwork as of today ? I have no idea what is taking so long to receive my copies ? I want to get the paperwork so I can set up auto pay through my bank.
"Inconsistent after the sale" Sales employees were okay. After the sale, two weeks later, I received a certified mail from this dealer regarding returning the car back to them, due to unable to do the finance. It was a lease, which Nissan had already approved, but they still send the letter. I called the dealer asking why did I received this, and they said it was auto generated and go ahead to ignore it. How can it be auto generated, when it was signed and dated by someone in their finance department.

When I drive 65 to 70 pm the pickup shake a lot and it was promised to fix. I dont know when they going to call me. VERY POOR SERVICE.
