I worked with Curtis and Hector, and both of them were very pleasant, thorough and provided great customer service. I waited for the car which was being serviced and was ready in a reasonable amount of time. And I was given a full review of future repairs that might be needed and Hector went over everything in great detail. I have always been happy with the service at Nissan.

The service department was very thorough and informative. My adviser Chris was especially helpful and went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of.

Service generally a pleasant experience. They should discuss what will be done, how long it will take, and the expected cost at the time of scheduling routine maintenance to help with planning.
