I’ve been using the service department since 2015 and have been totally satisfied with the service. My service person Jeff Jones has taken good care of my car and is very knowledgeable and professional.

Hector Gonzalez was very informative,fair and helpful. I had a bad experience with one person 6 MO ago but he appears to have moved on. It was a kind gesture to offer small bottles of water to those waiting and to thank them which one of the clerks did. Better vibes all around.

After having my vehicle serviced, I left feeling while they're there to make money the service I received was very competitively priced and personal service I received was worth the drive to Roseville from Elk Grove passing several Nissan service departments.
