They lost my car key, which caused major delays since a new one had to be ordered and calibrated, and this all happened right around my wedding week, making it extra stressful. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car, they claimed a rock chip appeared while it was sitting outside, even though I had pictures showing there was no damage when I dropped it off. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend The quality of the work was excellent, the communication of being informed of the stages of the repair was excellent. The whole process was all overshadowed by the snooty shoddy attitude of the woman who works behind the desk that upon exiting asked how I wished to pay. I chose credit card. She didn't explain that there was a service charge and it could be avoided by paying by debit card. After paying I suggested that in the future she should tell the customer this.
