0 Star : My Experience When I went to pick up my vehicle the first time there were approximately 12 spots on my car with poor workmanship. So you took another week to repair it again. When I picked up my car yesterday for the second time and got home I noticed two areas that were not repaired. 0 Star : My Experience First, I never received a call back when I requested a return call through text and email messages. Second, when I picked up my car, the key was just handed over to me. I was expecting a walkthrough for the repairs done. Third, I was so disappointed that the shop charged 2.5% for credit card fees. There should be an options to pay by ACH, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service The paint & dent has been repaired but sensors were not working when I first collected the car. After my 2nd visit, sensors started working but then right side parking light was not working. I had to do 3rd trip to get it fixed. The mechanic forgot to attach the back light. I gaeve the car at 200 miles charged but got it back at 121. That's the least they could have done to charge it. Car was also dirty when I collected it. I always garage my ... read more

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Not knowing the status of the repair is very stressful, especially if your entire family rely on the car and have upcoming plans. There was no estimated time of completion given and it was left open ended which makes everyone involved feel uneasy not knowing. I understand a date can't be determined but most contractors, jobs, etc do have estimated dates, adjust along the way, and give status updates on why the dates have changed, like waiting for a part. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Because it took so long to get my car for just a bumper. I know part of the problem was the poor communication from the insurance company. 5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service Karina went above and beyond to get the repairs completed. 5 Star : Returned Clean
