They tried to pull a bait and switch on me. They tried to pull a bait and switch on me. Drove an hour to test drive a car, and when they pulled the car up, the seats were not the same as the pictures. They installed aftermarket leather seats without updating the listing and then tried to tack on $2500 for the seats at the last minute. The "upgrade" looked terrible and was enough of a disappointment to walk away just for that, especially considering it made the car look worse and they wanted to charge for it. Stay away from them. Stay away from them...very shady! Irham the finance manager is rude, condesending, and a liar. Saw the car I wanted, shook on a price, then went to the finance manager to close the deal. Price of the car was $65K, I was putting down $50K, which leaves $15K to finance. After Irham added all these xx charges and ran some "funny math", I somehow was going to walk out financing $22K!!! How tf did the price go up $7K??? WORST EXPERIENCE OF A PURCHASE IN MY LIFE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF A PURCHASE IN MY LIFE. irman haq that’s his name and Gaby who both work in finance are scammers. They sold me a car with 10 percent brakes which i almost got into an accident and 4K worth of work that needed to be done. I returned within 16 hours to return the car and they took 1500 out my down payment and took 5 days to return my car. This dealership is very misleading, unprofessional, and This dealership is very misleading, unprofessional, and does not communicate well!! I have never been talked to as a customer before. I felt as if my business didn’t matter. I would send emails, call and be transferred only to be disconnected, leave messages for people to call me…NOTHING!! I purchased a 2017 Range Rover from them. finance mgr Imran Haq ,rude,bad attitude,bald tires on finance mgr Imran Haq ,rude,bad attitude,bald tires on car , no negotiation,Robert the sales clerk was nice. But everything goes through the butthead finance mgr. Even if he just got me new tires on the Camaro I would have bought it. The steelbelt was showing on 2 of the 4 tires, the other 2 were just as bald. 60k miles 2019, no wonder the car has been on the lot for 3 months. Haq is greedy and expects the customer to buy new tires along with a vehicle. Ridiculous!

I contacted the dealership twice to ask questions and get I contacted the dealership twice to ask questions and get clarification about the accident report. They still have not responded to my questions/inquires. So that tells me all I need to know about this dealership.
