Unprofessional and scammers The worst dealership I have ever visited. I was looking at a hybrid car I seen online and a man -wish I would have gotten his name, told me he was getting the keys for me. Do not buy from here !! Horrible!! I ended up purchasing the true carfax report for the vehicle and it did show a clean report but they would not let me take it off the lot a mile away to get a pre purchase inspection. I fully intended to buy the vehicle based off the carfax but saw a red flag as it was auctioned off the previous lot after only 3 weeks! I was advised to get an inspection. rudest, most unprofessional car sales ever! Jeep Grand Cherokee was listed as mint, drove two hours to see it and it was in terrible condition! Rust around the hatch, scratches all over, ripped seats, trashed carpet, worn out tires, headlight glass all fogged up. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!! I only gave it a one star because it wouldn’t let me post with none! Customer service is absolutely horrible, i came in seriously wanting to buy but the dude left me to go be with another customer. Their vehicles are priced so low because they’re NO GOOD ! Run for the hills Didn’t seem to know much about the vehicles and their repairs or how they were maintained on his lot. Vehicles had obvious water and flood damage inside and out and he had no answers for that. And pretty much avoided the situation. Not a place for smart buyers. Don’t be fooled just because of the prices. As a mechanic which he had no idea I was I would not buy anything I looked at.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I purchase a Dodge Challenger RT totaling $30,000 okay from this dealership this past Friday, when it was time to test drive the car they had to jump it off stating that the battery was dead due to the freeze we had here in Texas.
