Run for the hills Didn’t seem to know much about the vehicles and their repairs or how they were maintained on his lot. Vehicles had obvious water and flood damage inside and out and he had no answers for that. And pretty much avoided the situation. Not a place for smart buyers. Don’t be fooled just because of the prices. As a mechanic which he had no idea I was I would not buy anything I looked at.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I purchase a Dodge Challenger RT totaling $30,000 okay from this dealership this past Friday, when it was time to test drive the car they had to jump it off stating that the battery was dead due to the freeze we had here in Texas. So I was like yes that can happen so I didn't mind that issue so much. So we test drove the car the car drove fine didn't see any issues during the daytime. My personal experience I saw the truck online called ahead had a deal worked out and still when I got there waited hours. When I test drove the truck I had a couple of concerns. First, we could only go around the block bc there was no gas in the truck and I was told that all the cars were like this so to stop people from stealing the cars. I noticed the steering was off a little but after the mechanic looked at it the manager said it was because of the tires being so big. Stole a thousand dollars from me Flew from Mississippi to Houston to buy a 2016 mustang gt fastback was told over phone car was perfect so put a thousand dollars down. Upon arrival car had been wrecked and the xxxx engine was smoking!!! They said oh well take the car or you lose a thousand dollars !!!! Biggest xxxx bags on earth to steal money from an 18 year old kid

This was the such a waste of time 🙄 They told us we were approved before we drove there, only to be ran in circles upon arrival! Ended up leaving with nothing. Gaby ran us in circles over one irrelevant factor. The NEXT dealership we went to we drove off in a Nice tundra. Ruben was cool tho.

The WORST customer service ever In January 2020, I helped my son, who resides in CA, buy a 2016 Mustang from Houston Used Auto Sales - it has that special Competition Orange color, and he had to have it. What a nightmare. He flew into Houston to buy the vehicle and drive it home. He drove it off the lot, got a hotel room for the night before he began his long drive home. OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!! First thing, as I’m walking up to bring cash for the sale I notice the Mechanic has my truck on the lot with the tailgate down, and tools on it working on somebody else’s truck !!!! My Salesman Nick Nickolas, after negotiating a couple minor things, I said “Just in case something happens on the way home 22mi. Drive I’ll be covered right?” - He said yes!!! Bait and Switch I reached out to them regarding a vehicle I liked that was listed on cars.com for a certain price - the contract they sent over was a higher price - I emailed them questioning the difference and they NEVER responded. Dishonest dealer that should not be trust!
