This was the such a waste of time 🙄 They told us we were approved before we drove there, only to be ran in circles upon arrival! Ended up leaving with nothing. Gaby ran us in circles over one irrelevant factor. The NEXT dealership we went to we drove off in a Nice tundra. Ruben was cool tho.

The WORST customer service ever In January 2020, I helped my son, who resides in CA, buy a 2016 Mustang from Houston Used Auto Sales - it has that special Competition Orange color, and he had to have it. What a nightmare. He flew into Houston to buy the vehicle and drive it home. He drove it off the lot, got a hotel room for the night before he began his long drive home. OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!! First thing, as I’m walking up to bring cash for the sale I notice the Mechanic has my truck on the lot with the tailgate down, and tools on it working on somebody else’s truck !!!! Beware Price was not advertised “correctly”. Lies to get you to look at car. Traveled a long way to find out the price was wrong. Beware. Ask questions.

Bait and Switch I reached out to them regarding a vehicle I liked that was listed on cars.com for a certain price - the contract they sent over was a higher price - I emailed them questioning the difference and they NEVER responded. Dishonest dealer that should not be trust!

Bait and Switch Had a deal... Or so I thought; bait and switch. There is no real contact telephone to speak to a customer service representative. You call and get a text message instead. A man named Ben eventually called me and we reached a deal (no discount policy). They strung me along until there was no story left to tell and then the switch happened. BEWARE Beware to buyers! I typically don't write reviews unless they are positive but this is an exception for me! Car dealers already fight questionable reputations but this dealer and especially the owner(Allen) take this to another level. Purchased a nice looking truck recently where a certain feature of vehicle was to be repaired before purchase. Deceitful business I called the dealership yesterday to inquire about a car. I asked if it was still available and what the cash price was. They told me yes, it was and that the cash price was $5999 plus taxes and registration - the same price advertised online. I showed up there today with $6500 cash... I ubered there, 30 mins away. They then tell me that this the financing price and not the cash price. They told me the cash price was nearly $2000 more. I wasted my time, my money and they are deceitful. waste of your time I gave them a chance to explain the pile of poor reviews but they chose to insult me and said that they were not holding a gun to my head to get me to buy. This is true, why use a gun when they found a way to rip people off without it.
