Bait and Switch Had a deal... Or so I thought; bait and switch. There is no real contact telephone to speak to a customer service representative. You call and get a text message instead. BEWARE Beware to buyers! I typically don't write reviews unless they are positive but this is an exception for me! Car dealers already fight questionable reputations but this dealer and especially the owner(Allen) take this to another level. Purchased a nice looking truck recently where a certain feature of vehicle was to be repaired before purchase. We pride ourselves in our customer service and assisted you with some concerns, But please understand you purchased a used vehicle "as is" with no warranty and were fully aware of any pre-existing condition as you hired a certified techinician to inspect the vehicle and test drove it yourself after inspection and again before purchase.
Deceitful business I called the dealership yesterday to inquire about a car. I asked if it was still available and what the cash price was. They told me yes, it was and that the cash price was $5999 plus taxes and registration - the same price advertised online. I showed up there today with $6500 cash... I ubered there, 30 mins away. They then tell me that this the financing price and not the cash price. They told me the cash price was nearly $2000 more. I wasted my time, my money and they are deceitful. waste of your time I gave them a chance to explain the pile of poor reviews but they chose to insult me and said that they were not holding a gun to my head to get me to buy. This is true, why use a gun when they found a way to rip people off without it.

Horrible service Where to begin, came from Kansas, was told the car was a solid car no issues and was pristine inside and out... pictures showed everything was okay just not any real close ups, however had a hole in the charge pipe and after I was told it was minor (I knew better, you’ll lose boost and power. DO NOT BUY HERE Advertised online pricing isn’t accurate, when you arrive you’re advised that’s Cash Only prices. And end up running up the price on you. Save yourself the hassle. Buy anywhere but from here or their other location. DO NOT BUY HERE. Lies lies and more lies. Horrible place.

Not worth the time I gave this company a chance to earn my business. I had seen they some decent deals on vehicles so send a message. Next day got message that a salesperson will contact me and after waiting hours message back said I’m still waiting when finally salesperson came wanted me to just come in and I made it clear give me My numbers and if I like them I’ll come in. absolutely disappointed Flew from Alabama to buy 2012 sequoia that was being sold as great condition. Arrived to lot as expected by dealer. Loud squealing notes when car cranked. Mechanic came out and sprayed WD40 all over belt which did not fix it. Tie rod ends were shot and clear coat on paint was chipped. This dealership gives poor service. I would not recommend
