My first colonoscopy was a bad experience and I was very apprehensive and hesitant to ever get another one. Dr. Arbour was recommended to me for a routine colonoscopy and it was a much better experience. Staff was polite and Dr. Arbour answered all my questions and was informative. Highly recommend.
Dr. Arbour is great! He listens, explains and cares about me as a patient. He referred me to another specialist and continues to treat my gastrointestinal issues!
Absolutely fantastic physician, had my 10 year colonoscopy after trying to put it off, like so many of us. The prep is a bit taxing, as is well known by everyone, but certainly more on the inconvenient side of things. The procedure itself was unbelievably smooth. No problem at all. Total confidence in Dr Arbour!!!
Dr. Arbour has an efficient staff, positive patient engagement and is effective in handling the situation.
My first visit. He is very informative. He explained everything in detail. Also very patient. He didn’t hurry.
Dr. Arbour is so patient. I’ve been seeing him for years with a complicated problem. He has a great bedside manner and I have never felt rushed.
Beginning with the pre-op office visit through the actual colonoscopy, Dr. Arbour and his staff were professional, prepared, and friendly. I have great respect for them.
Dr Arbour is thorough, patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and discuss all concerns. Dr Arbour has an old school bedside manner that seems to be rare these days. The best of the best.
Clear and approachable, very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations.
