If only I could find a primary care physician as exceptional as Dr. Arbour. I have had nothing but positive experiences under his care. He listens to concerns and explains procedures and courses of treatment in a caring, professional and compassionate manner. He never seems rushed or dismissive and possesses a warmth that is a valued trait in a physician caregiver.

Business response:

Hi Michael Stone Johnson, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!

I was due for a routine colonoscopy and, prior to its scheduling, had an in-office visit that included a check-up and review of my medical history. As always, Dr. Arbour allowed time for me to share my concerns; and he, in turn, took time to offer recommendations. Dr. Arbour has been my gastroenterologist for 10 years, and I have always found him to be patient-focused and accessible. I also appreciate his excellent, responsive nursing staff.

Business response:

Hi Cindy Patterson, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!

I suffer from IBS and have been with a gastroenterologist for twenty years with very little help with the disorder. I switched to Dr Arbour and have found a great deal of knowledge that my past MD did not have or didn’t share. He listens, discusses and implemented a plan that has worked. It was a blessing to find a MD that listens and is knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him if you need a great gastroenterologist!

Business response:

Hello, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review!

Dr. Arbour was my mother doctor, I loved the way he treated her as a patient. Very understanding and compassion person. He is a very knowledgeable doctor in his field who has always shows concern about what’s going on with his patient. Now and days you just don’t find that.

I am truly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Arbour, as my gastroenterologist. He is a very knowledgeable doctor in his field who has always displayed a true concern for my medical issues. Along with a kindheartness and compassionate nature that most physicians, nowadays, have seemingly lost this along the way.

I am very happy that Dr. Arbour is my physician. I know that he discovered something that if left unattended, would have caused me serious health problems in the future. I am extremely grateful to be in the competent care of an expert physician like Dr. Arbour, Jr.
