For the first time in awhile, I finally met a provider who genuinely cares for his patients. My wife and I went to him for a second opinion. I had many questions, and he didn't hesitate to answer all of them. Most importantly, he explained what the guidelines were, but gave his opinion on what to do based on our situation. I believe that doctors should treat patients and not guidelines. Dr. Arbour does just that!

Dr Arbour is very kind and patient. He does not rush the appointment process, but listens and answers any concerns one has. My husband saw him first as a patient; I was so impressed with him that I switched from the GI dr I had been seeing to him. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Arbour listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and offered solutions to my problems. He was on-time, yet did not hurry with my visit. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. His staff, at BR Clinic and Louisiana Endoscopy, are like him ~ friendly, helpful, and more than willing to answer questions and discuss my continued care. I highly recommend Dr Arbour. He’s a great doctor and his nurses are simply the best.

I was looking for a doctor because it was time for me to have my first colonoscopy. A friend recommended him to me and i’m glad I chose him. He made my consultation visit very comfortable even when discussing uncomfortable things. A couple of weeks later he performed my procedure. Dr Arbour is a great doctor and I will definitely return to him if any needs arise and for future procedures!

Dr. Arbour besides being imho an excellent physician has an outstanding demeanor - personable, sincere, and comforting. At 84 years of age I have dealt with many doctors & Dr. Arbour ranks in the top tier. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
