My first colonoscopy was a horrible experience. Dr. Arbour listened to all my concerns and offered solutions. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a genuine doctor. K.L.D.

Very good communication with me prior to and after the colonoscopy. Procedure went very well and he issued a nice report on what he did, and what was found complete with annotated pictures. He is really excellent. Easily 5 stars.
He took time to explain how the procedure went, answered all questions I had, and made a plan for what is next.
The staff are friendly and helpful as is Dr Arbour. Dr Arbour is very good at explaining procedures, medication and options and has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Arbour is an exceptional doctor. He has a great bedside manner and listens attentively to your concerns. He explains in detail how he plans to treat you. Along with being very knowledgeable and professional he is a very compassionate doctor who makes you feel very comfortable speaking to him. He is by far one of the best doctors I ever seen! His office staff possesses great qualities as well. They are top notch!
Dr. Arbour communicates facts, while at the same time creating understanding of what those facts mean for your treatment. He functions more like a knowledgeable partner with the shared goal of keeping you healthy. He is the only person I’ve ever met that can make you look forward to a colonoscopy.
Easy to make an appointment. Super nice staff very knowledgeable. On time procedure and quick recovery.
