The app is quite quirky. 1. If my son loses signal he has to restart his phone or the app won't 'find' him. 2. I changed phones and the app isn't working correctly on the new phone. I've uninstalled the app and am reloading it to see if that fixes the issue. It is working a bit better now. Will call support again if it continues. I think the app could use some tweeking.

I love the ability to track the location. So reassuring.
It takes a while for the location to update, but otherwise a good app.
This app is so helpful when I either need to locate my daughter's phone or daughter. This phone service is amazing because it does not give her internet access but still is modern and allows family and friends to contact her or vice versa. I highly recommend.
