So far our experience has been great. Sometimes the gps jumps around but I'm sure that is a tower issue more than an app issue.
It's great the only thing I wish I could control from the app is to turn the sound on when it gets turned down accidentally and then we lose the watch 🤦♀️ thank goodness for the GPS
Searched high and low for a good dependable service for my 8yr old. Gabb ended up being the best. We are pleased
This is a great phone/ gps/ watch! It really helps my mom-anxiety to know my kid made it home safely while I'm at work.
I love that I have the option to a phone that my kids can just call, text, take photos and listen to music. No Internet! It has GPS location and notifications of leaving or entering preset safe places. The hard part is trying to figure out the download of music it's been awhile and I can't get it to transfer every time. Besides that, it's quite amazing to them.
The app was great for the first week but now the tracker/location won't work no matter what we try. This is an important feature for parents. I am not sure if the update to the new software has a glitch or what. We started using the watch the day before the update came out and it worked for about 9 days and now won't locate my child's watch. Other than that the app is great with allowing tasks to be added and easy to use.

Updated to 5 stars. Thank you for updating the wallpaper options! My son is stoked! This is perfect for our needs, we've had no problems and love it!! When the watch is glitchy (rarely), restarting the app and watch always works. The one star off is for the wallpaper. They are so babyish, not to mention outdated with only blue and pink choices. The age group this watch targets wants to grow up. Why not add black or a more mature design?
