"Last located 12 day ago" What's the point of this app if it's not working? Is the issue being worked on?
can't log in even after resetting password

Constantly locks up and has to be repaired. GPS tracking doesnt work. Definitely wouldn't recommend Gabb as most of the marketed features don't work.

It's painful and unreliable. My son's watch has had so many issues, including not being able to use for the first month. Just in the last couple weeks alone, it stopped working while we were visiting Utah and driving past Gabb headquarters. You can't make this stuff up lol! For over a week, his watch was stuck on the loading screen. I finally did a hard reset on his watch, unpaired from the app and added it as a new device. It started working, but now is locked always in focus mode. ughhhh

It used to be fine a couple years ago, but anymore both the watches and the app are so unreliable. The app consistently can't find the watches on the GPS or read the correct battery level. It says the watches turn off and on even if they don't. My son's watch is on the charger atm & responds to 'play a sound,' texts, etc, but it still insists he's across town from 24 hours ago with a 7% charge. I've had to uninstall and reinstall many times. Very disappointed and won't renew when contract over.

Not working after update. Previously registered watch now gone. Trying to add the device results in an endless login loop. Horrible user experience and useless now for staying in contact with my child.

Bring back the old app. GPS tracking does not work. It will not refresh, so I cannot track my kids. So frustrating. PLEASE FIX THIS!

GPS is horrible on these phones. It takes over an hour to refresh the location. Save your money and buy something else. Then they see all these other people with the same complaint and they apologize. Save your apology and fix the issue.
