Excellent customer service! Emailed them about an order issue late Friday night, expected not to hear back any time soon, but got a response first thing Monday morning. The rep was incredibly helpful and informative. I can't wait to get my order in!

High expectations
I use this app to track and update my kids Gabb Watch. There seems to be nothing else like this (the "similar apps" section is comical - delivery apps? Carshare?) No one else is helping parents who are looking for a #FirstPhone for their kids. This app is pretty bare bones. (No complaint!) It gives me easy access to add contacts. Add text presets. And of course, GPS tracker!! I can't agree with the 1-star reviews. The location has worked great so far. Will update review if I have any issues.

Gives me comfort while my son is away from me. We've had it for about a month and it hasn't malfunctioned.
