There were some problems and I would not have rated the service so highly if it were not for Gabriela Abad. As soon as she was informed of a situation that was quite unexpected and threatened to make the close on my new home very complicated, she intervened and essentially saved the day. I put down a substantial down payment on this home, 68%, and did not forsee any problems, but there was one and Gabriela put the fire out.
