Worst place to buy a car stay away, I bought a car 2 months ago I haven't got the car plates yet and the transmission went out!! Run their customer service is so bad, I try to explain my situation and all they do is say they don't know what's going on or transfer you to different numbers and nobody has an answer they say their gonna call u back and they never do!! It's a shame I wish I could get my money back

This dealer is so horrible! I have bought a car from them in April I loved the car and all but they never told me the price off the car until they ran my credit. They sold me 2016 focus with 35k for almost 20k I didn't see the price until they told me that I would be making payments of 484 every month. They said it would be better to do a bi-weekly instead so I did. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. All employees are lazy and don't know anything! They tell you something and do another. They just want your money!! I would never recommend ANYONE here. I would have gone to a better dealer and been treated correctly. If I could give them zero starts I would.

This probably one of the WORST place i have ever made business with, Their customer service is HORRIBLE, their emplyess are RUDE, all i ever got from them is "well idk what to tell you" and if you even try to explain your concern all i got was "ok are you done because im going to hang up now".....I made the big mistake of buying a car from them in Feburary, i went in there and obviously i was treated with a smile, (i hadnt given them my money yet) not a week into having this car i run into the 1st of 8 problems with the car... read more

I would safely say I will never buy a car here because the way the employees treat the cars. I always pass by and I often see someone peeling out and driving the car hard around the lot .

Reputation is everything and these guys reputation proceeds them as crooks and thieves... and truthfully I should have read reviews before I made a decision customer service is a joke there establishment is a joke I tried to see if I can get a car from them and I did I was in a hurry to get a car as I needed one for a simple "go car" from work to home type of thing... but this was one of the worst mistakes I ever made the car has multiple issues wrong with it I spoke to multiple people about this issue and no one helped not ... read more

Worst customer service everrrrrr. Don't ever go here. Don't waste your money. Not only are they rude when you call (that's if they answer), but the cars don't even work. I've only had my car for 3 months and it's been in the mechanic shop for a total of one month if I add all the time up. They "fixed it" over 3 times and Everytime is has the same problem. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND BUY A VEHICLE FROM GANAS AUTO. They are not professional at all. The customer service is not great at all. After taking my car in for the 5th time to get service, still has an issue. The so call manager victor has the worse customer service thinking I would get it resolved and they don't seem to know what the hell they are doing, or even care about their customer. SAVE THE HEADACHES AND GO TO AN ACTUAL DEALER THAT CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS
