No STARS for sure!!!! They are super duper nice at first once they get your money for the down payment next thing you know you get all kinds of harassing phone calls at all hours of the day. I mean from 5am all the way through til 10:30 pm. It is so unacceptable. Not proper calling hours for a business. Not only that... they definitely don't have any customer service skills what so ever! So I went in yesterday to buy a car as a first time buyer with no experience or knowledge about cars and I was suckered Into financing a 2016 accord sport with 44,00 miles for $25k I looked at the Kelley blue book and the Mac value was $18k My payments are $500 a month for a car worth less than $300 a month in payments. I tried to call the next day and they completely ignored all phone calls from me. If I could give 0 stars I would. They're a bunch of scammers trying to steal people's money don't go there

Worst car experience ever wanted me to pay about $40,000 for a 2018 car with 40k miles that was repo the CV of the car is $16,000 so they were trying to make a $24,000 profit.. I am going to find out how to make sure they don't do this to anybody else #FuckGanasAuto.

Let me first off day this car place is some b.s . They deserve no stars and no license for having a business. I'm so pissed off seriously these people are bums . I purchased a car and they repo it for no apparent reason no just that they also didn't want to bring my car back because it was there fault . Ganas auto deserves zero stars!! I don't recommend Ganas auto dealership to anyone I give the 2 thumbs There very unprofessional they put you on hold for 15 mins then after 15 min they have a different person pick up the phone asking if they can help after I just explain what I needed help with I'm asked to repeat myself all over again not to mention my car has been in the automotive service center for over a month and I'm still waiting on my vehicle. I give the zero stars!! The only way I can post a rating was if I gave it 1 star I don't even give them that!! This company is absolutely unprofessional!!! I would never buy a car from them again!! The play games and the service suck, there very disloyal I don't recommend anykne to buy a car from this dealership they are definitely no good!!

I give them no Stars- I have to be paying $220 every 2 weeks but every time I make a payment they only charge $80 towards my car payment and the rest goes to my interest. They charge waaaaaaay too much for interest. My contract was only for 2 1/2 years maybe 3 But I got a 2015 Nissan Sentra Sv and I've had it for 1yr and 4m. But I still owe $14k!?

So I stopped by there today, because there were 2 vehicles I was interested in. Turns out one vehicle is in Santa ana, and the other one here. Long story short, I filled out their application, waited for like 2 hours, only to be told that my credit score was a "D" and that if I wanted either one of those cars, I would have to pay a $6,700 down payment! Sat in this dealer for 6 hours just buy a car which means I actually lost time away from work just to have them sell me a car that they had listed as a 7 seater which wasnt so we had to cancel the deal because they sold the exact same car but must have taken the 3rd row of seats out and out put it back in the wrong one. Some other customer got it free.
