My Lender, Mr. Ryan Corkery, and his team are the amount the hard-working lenders I ever worked with. Every time I have questions, I got their responses within a couple of minutes after I sent the email, around the clock. They were able to not only answer my questions but also get any problems that I had resolved right away. In addition, they were able to get my loan closed within a month just as they promised. They beat a well-known competitor (who evidently I'm not allowed to mention in the review) by a long shot. We were ready to close our refi with that competitor, but Garden State came up with a much more competitive rate/deal. Very happy with GSHL and with Connor Garrity, our loan officer!
Jon made our somewhat complicated situation work out perfectly and on time. He is extremely responsive and has a very friendly personality. This was our 4th home purchase, and Jon was by far the best we have ever worked with. Five stars!!!!!
Garden State was very easy to work with. What I really liked was that a real person (Ryan Corkery) actually called frequently to check in and update on status. This sets them apart from other online lenders.
Ryan is a straight shooter and made the process sail through flawlessly with a great rate. He and his team provided immediate communication in response to questions.
