Working with Ryan and Garden State home Loans was very easy and straightforward. All the information was provided upfront. The rates and fee could not be beat by the competitors. The process took about a month and a half. I would highly recommend them for first time mortgage/refinance.

The process was very smooth and quick. Most docs were uploaded online. They were quick to respond to inquiries, and always available to help. Loan was closed within a month.
