I worked with Garden State to refinance my home mortgage. Garden State offered low interest rates, low closing costs, and several different loan options. Jake and his team were great - very attentive and communicative, always kept me updated, and explained things clearly. The entire process took less than a month, and would have been even faster if it weren't for end-of-year holidays. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.

I've applied to refinance my loan with another lender and they were very unresponsive and unclear in what documents I need. After 3-4 weeks, I've decided to look for another lender. It was Garden State Home Loans. My loan officer was Ryan Corkery. He was very helpful and responded to all of my questions very fast. It took about 2 weeks from my initial application to closing. Kudos to Ryan and his team.

This was my second time working with Jon on a mortgage, and he was amazing... again! The entire team at Garden State Home Loans is incredibly efficient and on top of the process. Jon walked me through every step of the process, let me know what I had already done, and what still needed to be completed. I never felt like anything was rushed or urgent, which was pretty incredible for a 30-day closing! I'd recommend Jon and Garden State Home Loans to anyone!
