They work very fast. Closed me in less than 3 weeks. No hiccups or changes of terms (as some other low cost providers sometimes do). Overall, very satisfied. If there is another interest rate drop, I will definitely call them back.

Mike Kelly explained the process from start to finish. Sent over terms, and followed through. Mike answered questions quickly and made the process very simple. I would definitely recommend Garden State Home Loans.

The whole team at Garden State loans was very efficient at processing my refinancing project, and Steven has been driving it like a champion. All my questions were always answered promptly, I knew exactly what I was getting, and their rate and services fees are extremely competitive. I would highly recommend for anyone looking at refinancing.

Jonathan and the team at Garden State Home Loans were a pleasure to work with. They have simplified the mortgage application process by giving the barrower an easy to use portal which helps you track the progression of your mortgage and keeping you informed the whole way through. Jonathan also went out of his way several times to call me direct and check in to make sure I had a clear understanding of all the steps required for a smooth transition. It was a solid experience all around.

Just closed my second refi with Jake Snow at Garden State. Garden State has the low rate, and the service levels to make for a smooth process. As a repeat customer with Jake, the information request is not overwhelming and Garden State makes it easy to share information and to ask questions. I thought Ryan Corkery did an outstanding job. He was persistent, but wasn't overbearing. He was willing to answer any concerns you had. I thought the refinance with Garden State could not have been any easier.

It was a pleasure working with Steve and Garden State. They communicated well throughout the process. Closing the loan took a little longer than expected - but it was due to a busy appraiser's schedule. Garden State was very quick to process the application on their end and the documents and information that they required was not a burdensome list. I would recommend Steve and Garden State.
