I cannot say enough about how great Jonathan is. He is great from start to finish. He is easily the best mortgage lender I have used. And I have purchased before. He communicates with you and he will get back to you immediately and if he can’t, he will let you know when he can get back to you. He’s an all-around nice person as well. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Ryan did an outstanding job. I have bought 4 houses in the past and this one was by far the easiest. With a really strong market, we had to go through the process multiple times until were finally able to complete the sale. He was always, always available, extremely positive and probably did more legwork than he needed to. He also understood that by building relationships, you build trust and long term business. I would recommend he and Garden State in a minute. The next house I buy I will absolutely call him
