I was extremely pleased with the entire process. Jonathan was professional, organized and comforting. I truly appreciated how streamlined it was from beginning to closing. When I purchased my 1st home in 1984 it took 90 days and I had to resend the documents over 10 times. I really felt that Johnathan made all efforts to get the best fit, even though the interests rates were rising weekly.

Ryan and his team were extremely responsive and able to answer all of my questions quickly. They were able to close in about 3 weeks and even lowered my rate when the rates dropped right before closing. 5/5 would use them again.

Jacob Snow and the team at Garden State home loans have my trust and appreciation for all they did for me. They are honest and caring professionals.
