I found Garden State Home Loans and Jacob Snow through a web search looking for low cost re-fi. If you have done this before, you know you can find bunches of ads, promises, low cost teasers that don't exist and can be a lot of BS. A friend recommended me the services of Mr. Snow from Garden State Home Loans and I'm glad I went with his recommendation. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what the process was like, but Mr. Snow walked me through the process and answered whatever questions I had. Something that I thought required a lot of brain power was now super simple. We never ran into any problems and closed on our house very quickly. I would 10 out of 10 use their services again.

Jake Snow was incredibly helpful as I was shopping around with different lenders. He took a great deal of time to explain everything to me and once I decided to go with him/Garden State, he was conscientious and always responded quickly to my inquiries. His colleagues provided equally good service.
