I requested information from three companies for a mortgage refinance cash out through Bankrate.com at 9:30 pm on a Friday. The first reply I received was from Kevin Boyle, Garden State Home Loans who sent me an email at 8:59 am the next day, a Saturday. I dropped the other two companies very early in the process. Just closed my mortgage. They were great. Good followups, timely communications, good support. Couldn't be better especially after terrible experience with another lender. K. Boyle and Campbell were A-1.
Garden State Loans did a stellar job with my refinance. The process was pretty simple and done quickly and I got the best possible rate. My original loan was with garden state as well and it was done within 30 days. It was the best possible rate at the time back then ( almost 6 years ago).

The process is easy as pie, very smooth and proactive. The company is flexible regarding to mortgage rate. Requirements are very clear. The whole list of necessary documents is available on the company's web-site. I uploded documents once and the process move forward as a rocket. All people I communicated durin the mortgage process were very professional and responcive. The whole process has taken a little more than 2 weeks. I would highly recomment this company.
David Hutchinson made the refi process stress-free. His guidance and support were eminent to a quick close. I would highly recommend him, and have to family, friends and colleagues.
