We were fortunate to qualify for a float down of about .5% all while getting to settlement in about 30 days. I can highly recommend Daniel and Garden State for their transparent and efficient approach.

I would absolutely recommend Ryan Corkery, he was the most responsive and informative person I worked with in the entire process! Ryan is fast in securing the loan and completing the process. We closed the loan on time. No surprises, all went well and closing was so smooth , as if you went a store and brought some groceries.
