The craziest experience, went to buy my brother an accord, the accord in show room sticker price was 26,000 wanted to buy it fir my brother , told sale man that I will buy it cash, his response was the price of that car will be 29,000 because there is a shortage in Accord therefore we have to add 3 thousand dollar on top of the sticker price, I was like why don’t you adjust the sticker and add the 3 k extra instead of misleading he replied we usually have a 1000 accords but we only have 250 now. Garden State Honda has the most horrible customer service and service department of any dealer I have had the misfortune to use. My car went in for a warranty repair. Calls to service department were not returned. Did not properly troubleshoot problem after repeatedly advising issue. Car is now back at another dealership less than 3 weeks after Garden State “repaired “ for the same issue.
!!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT TO MAKE YOU PAY!!!! I brought my car here for service when my air conditioner stopped working. They got the car back to me the same day claiming that they replaced the condenser under warranty. The entire day the failed to answer questions when I called. The first indication that they had found an issue was when they called me to say come get your car while I was standing in the service center trying to find someone to tell me about my car. I'm submitting this review on Day 17 with no car, no answers as to what is wrong with my car or when it will be fixed, & no attempt to give me a loaner car while they make whatever repairs they need 17+ days to make. I've already filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, left a Google & Yelp review, & contacted Honda’s corporate office.
