I've purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealer since 2004. I have to say my last purchase experience was awful and today clinched it when I went there after being in an accident and they wouldn't even look at the car or give me a loaner vehicle - instead they made me drive it away and there are all kinds of safety warnings flashing on the dashboard. I'm not sure if its the dealership or Honda in general but I don't recommend them anymore.
worse experience i ever had there. They lie and get you the wrong parts just to pad their bill. On top of that they told me some of the work was completed, and it wasn't even started.It will be the last time I go there and I will be spreading this bit of info to everyone I deal with and I have a lot of connections.....Good Luck Liars
Dealership doesn't care about long term customers. Only cares about $$$. Dealer tried to mark up $20 grand on civic type r that I left a deposit on. This would have been my 3rd car from this dealer but ill take my business elsewhere for future Hondas. I hope your reading this Don Lea hope it was worth it. I found 3 other dealers selling at msrp after the fact. Bad business go elsewhere don't waste your time at this dealer
Changed my review... It seems you get penalized when you turn in your lease and not buy another one.... Shame on you... My dad comes to you all the time... and that will change now.... smh
I have wasted my time for the last time with this dealership. I called two days ago to find out information about a 2017 pilot elite edition in black on black. I was told by Debbie on the phone that they only have one in white and she said that if I like the one they have that she could get it for me in about 3-4 days to which I said no problem. Horrible service department! You want a dealer that actually corrects issues go to another honda service dept.
Fifth Honda and fourth accord and will not buy another. Review is more based on unhappiness with car than dealership. Dealership not bad as car dealerships go, service department is pretty good as well
