My family and I, have been shopping at Garden state Honda, amongst other Honda dealers, for over ten years. Currently, everybody in my completely paid half million dollar home, owns a Honda,(total of 6 with 2 currently still being financed, and 1 that was leased wich we purchased, and 1 wich we are currently having problems with, and is the cause of this comment). GAP insurance scam....chat with customer service not helping they are trained to lie....Our main number is 973-975-4382 when you call they will not listinneng to the issues...they will keep transferring you different representative...all of them..no good

Spoke to a salesman for a used car I saw on their website. I was told the car was available. I’m driving a hour away, so I double checked 2 times, night before I was leaving. Car was still available. Finally, I decided to call one more time in the morning to make sure, but spoke to different salesman and a manager. Car is NOT available!! Thank God I didn’t waste gas and toll money. Liars!!! Good experience purchasing, but still waiting for a part, a shock absorber, to come, as the factory one is defective. Waiting since the 3rd of this month and part is on back order. really??? a shock absorber.......Mind you, this IS NOT A DEALERSHIP PROBLEM, BUT RATHER A HONDA PROBLEM. Such a large car company has to be able to manage inventory and customer service much better than that. The service was otherwise very good.
