Very disappointed with my experience purchasing a car here!!!The salesman was new and did not know the features of the car. He only spoke to my husband when I was buying the car. Had to go back to dealer 3 times before we purchased the car. I asked them to hold my check as I was getting a bank check for the full amount the next day and they cashed it! Horrible horrible horrible! Their Customer Service sucks!!!!!! The so call Manager, Sahtikequa Knox came out with an attitude, she was completely useless. They sold my daughter a lemon, she bought the car in December, under 13,000 miles, 2015 and since then it's been serviced 4 times for the same issue, my daughter took a video in order for them see the issue so they can believe her because they (service) told her she didn't know what she was talking about! They alleged that they said yes and even with good credit, they said we were approved and the other day they changed their mind, and worst is that we paid first month upfront
I went there for oil change and I had flat tire in the back left. I had appointment at 9:15 in the morning, and I got there before 9. They then checked the car and took it for service. After two and half hours, the service guy came with a bill $191. I asked why this much, he said that you can't use the tire; it's ruined. It is ripped off. I asked let me see it. Watch what exactly you are paying in the finance office and what exactly you are signing in for, because they put hidden fees you don't see it, you have to calculate every single item in the paper.
Never buy I car from this place they will give u a bad deal and then when u go trade back it in 2 years they don't want to give u the true value and the salesmen are not out for what's best for the customer they just want their commissions... I've worked at a dealership and this is the worst place
Awful customer service ! Not a great experience as a fist buyer.
The one In Passaic is the worst especially (Rolando) very discussed with them and discriminatory going to CEO to hear of this nonsense
