I was delayed for in my day for 6 hours. First, Gardena Nissan performed the work that included a valve cover and gasket replacement in November 2024. I returned because the work had failed, per a tech at Jiffy lube, who i commissioned to do my tune-up. The service rep Carlos informed me it would take 4 house for diagnostic, and that I couldn't get a loaner nor a rental until warranty repair was approved. my car still has the same problem but they did help to get another solution but sales dept ran my credit without my permission and gave me 7 new inquiries when I said from the very beginning I don’t want to get a new car today I just want to fix my car and leave but he said he’ll do a friendly check for pre approval and I told him as long as it’s just looking because I am not committing to getting a car , he still ran my credit that was my biggest issue.

Very unprofessional wasted a lot of time manager rude not sympathetic very disrespectful unapologetic. A mistake was made I can uderstand that. The technician locked the car key in the car after I left. Then they called me to come back after 45 minutes.....All I needed them to do was reset the car key so I can start my car. When I spoke to the manager about how inconvenient this is as a customer and he kept cutting me off and didnt care. I took my vehicle in for a battery issue on my 2023 Nissan Ariya. I also brought it in for the rear deck cover would keep detaching and flop around. I left my car for about 3 hours. and after reviewing the paperwork nothing was done on the battery other than saying watch how you drive and other items that are pointing the blame towards me which are issues of power going out of the car and not into the car. they didn't even test the battery they didn't do anything other than put the blame on me.
