Not please with the service provided as it took several days and wasn’t provided a loaner car.
Communication it terrible there. Came in for a recall to change hood latch. Was told maybe an hour or 2 wait. Decided to walk around. Actual time was 4 hours! No Communication
- Took 4 days to diagnose the problem - My cat was backed with duty and dusty - They do not use floor and seat protections - Their restroom and waiting area were so messy - I was at the dealer for repair but one car sales person was so pushy trying to sell a new vehicle
Something that was supposed to be quick from what I was told since it was to repair hood latch recall. Took 4 hours to complete.
If I can put 0 stars I would ! Went in for service because my 2023 Nissan rouge collision light came on flashing and they try to charge me 300$ for a diagnostic so they kept my car for 8 hours and told me nothing was shown that was wrong and two hours later the light came back on and I went to AutoZone and they checked my battery and said it was a bad one so now I am wasting ANOTHER day at the Torrance delear
On March 15, 2025, I took my car to Gardena Nissan (1670 W. Redondo Beach Blvd., Gardena, CA 90247) for an oil and filter change. I was assisted by Brianna, who initially told me the service would take one hour. After an hour passed, I texted Brianna to ask how much longer it would take. To start 1 of the issues/requests was to reset the mile to trip odometer (the 1 that says how many miles you’ve traveled per trip, not the actual mileage gauge) despite asking SEVERAL times this was NOT done!!!! Also I left $13.00 in my center console area. When I get my vehicle back, $12.00 was stolen! Not sure if it was this dealership or the other 1 they took it to for repair but horrible!!!!
It saddens me to have to give such a low rating because I’ve purchased 4 cars over the years from this location. My last experience in service left me less than satisfied. I brought my car in to get “one” maintenance leftover from my visit in January and I left with a long list of things that needed servicing. Many of these things were just checked when I was there 2 months ago and marked is fine. Customer service representatives are nice but service technicians are careless when repairing. They have caused damages to my vehicles interior and have returned the vehicle dirty and with items in my car that do not belong to me. I am very dissatisfied with the results.
