Took too long to rectify the problem. Car stayed almost a month. Car was shiny and clean when I dropped it off received a filthy dirty car couldn’t see out of the window one of the problems is still there
It took 3 hours for an oil changed. I was told the service had a meeting. This couldn’t have happened on a less busy day? I have an invitation to go to Buena Park Nissan, but this location is closer. Please fix this issue. Thanks
I made a appontment ahead of time to have two recalls fixed on my Nissan Leaf. Despite having an appointment it took almost three hours to complete the required service. This dealorship takes too many customers with too few mechanics. Also, I had to come in to have two software updates. This should be something Nissan should be able to do with automatic software updates like updates for your phone. Rivian and Tesla can do this. Nissan should be able to do this too.
It took 6 hours for an oil change and system update. Way longer than it should have.

Not happy at all I explaining to Muhammad I did not like the car I wanted something different and more affordable this car is not worth the money being spent is very sluggish not my type of car. The miles seems to be rolling way to fast. The salesman used my phone to write a review in my name and then lied to me about doing it. I told the manager and they seem complicit.
They are Terrible. I went in left with a car then two weeks later going to get into my car and it’s gone with my personals in it who does that. Plus I put money down. If I was of their race they would’ve covered them just saying.
