I was sitting at the dealership for 5 hours with no word on the progress of my car. We were told the service would be free but once we did not accept the recommended fixes they sent an updated invoice for $225 and would not release the car until we paid. Please make this right as soon as possible.
my service was only an oil change which i have no complaints about however the customer service was a different story. An oil change takes an hour and a half at Gardena Nissan- only 30min elsewhere, plus there's always an inaccurate listing of issues to be addressed- like "torn windshield wipers"- cost $120 and mine aren't torn and work fine. Gardena Nissan also left my oil a full quart LOW, barely touched the end of the dipstick- extremely BAD as this could destroy my engine. I add myself as it's not a place I'll go back to.
Customer awareness it's really poor, They make you wait for a car detail forever..
Not very happy with turn around time for a simple oil change. No complimentary car wash with service.
They were trying to sell me many things without looking at my contract. They should worry about providing the best service and not worrying about how much they want to charge. That’s why Toyota service does a better job.
Service is unsatisfactory, the GM and Financial Manager were rude, not compassionate and liars. They sold me a car that needed work on it and didn’t not tell me before I bought it.
Took too long, was not overly communicative, did not honor coupon, work done satisfactorily, thank you
