Garrett was extremely communicative and stayed on top of everything for us. When we had questions he would always take the time to make sure we fully understood what was happening with our loan. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Garrett was in constant contact with me and even though there was one little glitch that made the rate lock need to be extended, he did the best he could to avoid further costs that could've made the closing costs more. I recommend Garrett and so glad I could refinance again to get lower monthly payments and a better interest rate.
